Knowing how to put your best foot forward in dating and the initial stages of a relationship can be incredibly difficult due to not only how it exposes people’s vulnerabilities but also the various difficulties we may have encountered in previous romantic and platonic relationships as well as in childhood. Let’s talk through these and identify helpful goals. We can also go through real or imagined dating scenarios, and/or your exisiting dating profile or help you set one up.

Understanding your sense of self in light of a suspected or formal diagnosis of, for example, Autism, ADHD, OCD can be a long and monumentally challenging process. Let’s work through what your experience is, where you are at in your journey, how it might change/be changing your relationship with yourself and those around you and ensure that you feel supported while “unmasking” the version of yourself that may not have been able, or felt safe enough, to act and feel authentically up until now.
Chronic illness adjustment process support
Making sense of yourself, your life and your future living with a chronic illness/illnesses can be a debilitating and endless uphill battle. Let’s discuss what you know, what your day-to-day looks like, how it impacts you and those around you and what your future looks like, ensuring you feel grounded, supported and heard regarding your unique experience and if appropriate, we can identify helpful routines, processes or just meaningful next steps.
