Hi there! Thank you so much for your interest in Let’s Relate Better.
My name is Rebecca and I am the creator of Let’s Relate Better: Relationship, Chronic Illness and Neurodivergence Coaching.
I have a Level 2 in Counselling Skills (RQF) and a Level 2 in Mental Health First Aid as well as experience as a volunteer Crisis Response Operator.
I live outside Manchester. I really enjoy hanging out with my lovely family and terrorising my nephew! I also love gaming and going to concerts with my wonderful partner and amazing friends and I would have tea intravenously if I could.
My Why
For as long as I can remember, I have found relationships, of all types, fascinating and have been learning to develop relationship and communication skills to be a happier and more fulfilled, connected and emotionally-aware person.
It is a journey everyone is on, to various conscious or unconscious degrees, but I want to document that learning and distill what I have gathered into a helpful resource for others.
This is important to me as, in seeking for a way to feel purpose in my own life, I believe I can demystify relationships to allow people to relate in a more effective, authentic and empathetic way.
Helping people to relate better as individuals, I believe, drives happiness, connection, and progress in all contexts, and contributes meaningfully to ameliorate individual, community and societal standards and quality of life.
I encourage you to continue checking out all things Let’s Relate Better, and read through the blog if you haven’t already, and if you’re interested, please don’t hesitate to book your free introductory coaching session!
